Under normal circumstances, as soon as you pay for your subscription your account will automatically be activated and you will be able to access all of the content on our site. But occasionally the server does not receive notification of the payment and we have to activate the account manually.
If your account does not automatically activate, let us know and we will activate it for you as soon as we can.
Video playback problems
Our videos use a plugin that should work in all recent browsers. If you are having difficulty viewing the videos, let us know and we will do whatever we can to help fix the problem.

Trouble viewing printables
Our exercises and worksheets are PDFs and require the Adobe Reader plugin to work.

If you encounter any problems while attempting to make a payment causing the payment to not process, you can try again by first clicking the Log Out button and subscribing again. You will be able to use the same email address and password if you like.
If you are mistakingly charged twice, we will refund you as soon as possible.
